・Since its foundation in 2007, JOHNAN SIAM has been providing robust EMS services in Thailand. We offer flexible support for a wide range of production volumes, from high-mix, low-volume to mass production, including automotive, industrial, and consumer electronics components.
・Our strategic location in Chonburi Province, near Thailand’s largest trading port, Laem Chabang Port, ensures efficient logistics and minimizes flood risk.
・JOHNAN SIAM is equipped with L-size PCBA capabilities across all processes, from Auto Insert, SMT (Surface Mount Technology), AOI (Automated Optical Inspection), to DIP (Dual In-line Package) soldering.
・We provide a true one-stop solution, encompassing conceptual product design (including electrical and mechanical design), parts procurement, parts processing, PCB assembly, board mounting, box assembly, comprehensive quality inspection, efficient packaging and shipping, and essential repair and maintenance services.

・We accommodate a wide range of PCBA requirements, from compact 0402(mm) chips (with 0603(mm) as our common standard) to large odd-shaped components.

・Our SMT line integrates 3D AOI inspection machines for immediate feedback on mounting failures, ensuring superior quality control.
・JOHNAN SIAM actively proposes solutions to manufacturing challenges, utilizing Value Analysis (VA) and Value Engineering (VE) methodologies to enhance productivity and quality.
・We design and propose inspection equipment, including function testers, tailored to specific customer specifications.

・We provide one-stop solutions from product component procurement, board mounting, product assembly, and quality inspection. In cooperation with our Japanese bases, we provide manufacturing based on Japan Quality.
We successfully supported a Japanese customer in the mass production of electronic devices. The initial production startup was conducted at our Japanese facility, followed by the seamless transition to secondary mass production at our Thai factory within two months. (January 2022)
Our staff, who have mastered Japanese manufacturing techniques and know-how, will be involved in manufacturing support. Based on the quality of Japanese manufacturing, we will contribute to solving various issues.
We are proud to have two local leaders in Thailand who have successfully acquired comprehensive manufacturing skills and know-how. This was achieved through collaborative work with our Japanese staff at the Japanese plant, specifically focusing on production startup methodologies. (January 2022)

We offer comprehensive contract manufacturing of PCBA for a wide range of applications, including consumer electronics, white goods, automotive, and industrial equipment. Our services extend to thorough inspection, reliable repair of PCBAs, and the sale of specialized oil absorbent materials.
Our detailed EMS offerings include contract manufacturing of PCBA for consumer electronics, white goods, automotive, and industrial equipment. Additionally, we provide expert inspection, repair of PCBAs, and the distribution of specialized oil absorbent materials.
We are proficient in working with a variety of PCBA base materials, including Ceramic substrates, Aluminum substrates, Flexible Printed Circuits (FPC), High Multilayer PCBs, Large size PCBs, and Paper Phenol PCBs.
We utilize both Pb-free solder with Ag (silver) and Pb-free solder without Ag to meet diverse client specifications and environmental standards.

JOHNAN’s original management system, “Discipline & Rhythm,” is a comprehensive management standard. It ensures that all organizational operational items are systematically implemented and periodically reviewed within a defined rhythm or cycle, preventing any operational stagnation. This system meticulously ensures that all predetermined processes and standards (“discipline”) are consistently executed within their prescribed cycles (“rhythm”).
We meticulously extract control items from our operations, articulating them clearly in approximately 30 distinct operating rules. The implementation status of roughly 100 control items undergoes regular periodic checks
